2. Description of Service

LeverageAI is an online learning platform that teaches South African business professionals how to use AI tools effectively. We offer subscription-based access to interactive lessons, business prompts, and AI-powered practice scenarios.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer the following subscription plans:

Premium Monthly — R199/month
Premium Annual — R1,999/year
Team Plan (10 seats) — R1,800/month

All payments are processed securely via PayFast. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, access continues on the free plan unless you upgrade.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share or resell access to the platform
Copy or distribute our course content without permission
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on LeverageAI — including lessons, prompts, and course materials — is owned by LeverageAI and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by South African consumer law.

9. Limitation of Liability

LeverageAI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
